Arrington: Biden, Mayorkas Complicit in Migrant’s Rape of Disabled Girl

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement after a Haitian migrant the Biden administration allowed into the United States was arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl with disabilities in Massachusetts:

“After being flown directly to JFK airport from Haiti by the Biden administration, this migrant was arrested for raping a 15 year old disabled girl at a ‘migrant hotel’ in Massachusetts.

“Biden and Mayorkas are complicit because they intentionally opened the border and refuse to enforce our laws.”

Cory Alvarez, who was arrested for raping a 15 year old girl with disabilities in Massachusetts, entered the United States using the Biden administration’s CHNV parole program. This program allows Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to fly into the U.S. after they’ve supposedly been vetted and have a sponsor in the U.S.

Last week, Secretary of Homeland Security Mayorkas praised the CHNV program as a “key element” of the Biden administration’s border strategy.
