WASHINGTON, D.C. - Last week, House Budget Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) released the following video celebrating the 51^st annual March for Life.

Arrington’s Full Statement:

“Hey friends, today is the 51st annual March for Life, where people from all over the country have come to their nation's capital to stand up and to celebrate the life of the unborn as a gift from God, as sacred and holy, and with the constitutional rights that you and I have, including the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Now, we've made great strides and I'm thankful that we have a constitutionalist majority Supreme Court that overturned Roe v. Wade and restored separation of powers, the sovereignty of states and We the People, and they've allowed Texas to have policies that reflect our values - and we value life as a gift from God.

I can't tell you how honored I am to represent a pro-life community in West Texas, but again, today would be a good day to renew our commitment to stay in the fight and pray that we will establish the strongest culture of life, not only for the sake of our fellow unborn Americans, but to honor God and to continue to have a nation that's blessed by God.

So, here's to my pro-life friends from across the country who are walking and celebrating and standing strong with the unborn in the snowy streets of Washington DC, God bless you for your fervor and your commitment, God bless this great country, and go West Texas.”
