Arrington Responds to SCOTUS Rejection of Colorado’s Trump Ballot Ban

Washington, D.C. – Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement in response to the 9-0 Supreme Court ruling that rejected the removal of Donald J. Trump from the ballot in 2024. “You know the legal question is frivolous and flimsy when every liberal and conservative SCOTUS justice rejects it,” said Chairman Arrington. “Attempting to remove President Trump from Colorado’s ballot would have undermined our democracy and the will of the American people. Colorado’s Supreme Court decision was never based on the Constitution — it was simply because President Trump is the biggest threat to their radical, socialist agenda.
