Washington, D.C. - Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) joined Congressman Troy Balderson (OH-12) and their colleagues in introducing a Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn the Biden administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rule entitled “Clean Power Plan 2.0”, which would issue new regulatory requirements for existing coal-fired and new natural gas-fired power plants: “Since his first day in office, Biden has unleashed a whole-of-government assault on domestic energy production, the lifeblood of our economy and cornerstone of our national security. This latest broad and burdensome rule seeks to appease far-Left climate activists at the expense of everyday Americans. I’ll continue to fight for hardworking families, lower energy costs, and American energy production by pushing to reverse this rule.” ### |
