Arrington Fights to Protect Title IX, Women’s Sports

Washington, D.C. – Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington issued the following statement after voting in favor of a Congressional Review Act (CRA) to overturn the Biden administration’s Title IX rule, which would allow biological men to play in women’s sports and provide them access to women’s locker rooms: “Biden and the Democrats have surrendered Title IX to the far left and hollowed out the law’s original intent to protect women. “Too many female athletes have already had their big moment stolen by biological men competing against women.
