Washington, D.C. – Chairman Jodey Arrington (R, TX-19) issued the following statement after the Biden administration announced a plea deal for the masterminds of the September 11^th attacks: 

“It is unconscionable that the Biden administration would allow the Defense Department to plea for anything less than the execution of the terrorists accused of carrying out the killing of almost 3,000 innocent Americans in the most horrific terrorist attacks against the American homeland in our nation's history,” said Chairman Arrington. “Anything short of death to these terrorist murderers is a miscarriage of justice!”
