Abilene, TX – This week, House Budget Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) stopped for lunch at the Ice House, winner of the 2025 Downtown Abilene Burger Brawl.

• The Ice House’s “Lone Star Stacker,” a brisket chili smashburger topped with Shiner beer cheese, was one of nine local burgers competing in the challenge.
• Downtown Abilene’s 2025 Burger Brawl resulted in 3,068 burgers sold and generated $46,380 for the local Abilene economy.
