WASHINGTON, DC— This week, Rep. Jodey C. Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement after Ambassador Katherine Tai’s appearance at the Ways and Means Committee Hearing: “The Biden Administration’s 2022 Trade Policy Agenda”. “The issues I raised in yesterday's trade hearing were sadly the same concerns I raised a year ago. We still lack enforcement of our trade agreements, like USMCA, and the Biden Administration has taken little to no action to renew programs and fill critical positions. Their lack of action will only exacerbate the growing food and fuel crisis and relinquish the security and independence of our domestic supply chains. Yesterday, I once again urged USTR to take aggressive and immediate action to get our nation's trade agenda back on track for the sake of our producers, manufacturers, and workers,” said Rep. Jodey Arrington. Rep. Arrington’s Full Remarks Here ### Congressman Jodey Arrington is a member of the U.S. House of Representatives serving the Nineteenth Congressional District of Texas.
