LUBBOCK, TX – This week, Representative Jodey Arrington (TX-19) joined Americans for Prosperity at their “True Cost of Washington” event to pump gas and talk about the country’s current economic state. Customers paid $2.38 per gallon at the gas pump and were reminded of the booming economic conditions prior to President Biden taking office where – under his leadership – gas prices have doubled, inflation has reached a 40-year high, and energy prices have skyrocketed.
