LUBBOCK, TX – Today, Representative Jodey Arrington (TX-19) hosted a breakfast to honor and celebrate West Texas veterans and their service to the United States. 

“It is a tremendous honor to celebrate Veterans Day with fellow West Texans who honorably and courageously served our country, willing to risk all to preserve the freedom of these United States of America. Our veterans are a living monument of sacrifice, courage, valor, and patriotism — all that’s good about America. 

“The freedoms and opportunities we enjoy as Americans are only possible because of our brave men and women in the Armed Forces. Thank you to those one-percenters of every generation who put it all on the line for the greatest country in the world,” said Rep. Arrington.

Over 30 veterans from the Lubbock community attended today’s breakfast, representing the various branches of the United States Armed Forces.
