Washington, DC – Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement after reports that 400 illegal immigrants were smuggled into the United States by an ISIS-affiliated group and were released into the country due to President Biden’s broken immigration policies: 

“The most imminent threat to our national security is President Biden’s self-inflicted open-border crisis. Policies have consequences, and President Biden’s broken immigration policies released 400 illegal immigrants with ties to ISIS directly into our communities. Our nation cannot survive 4 more years of this administration, and the only way to change course is for the American people to change our leadership.”
